Executive Parking, Inc. was first established in 2004 by Yasir Osman, who is the current President and CEO. Yasir started his parking career in 1992 doing maintenance for a regional parking company. Through his hard work and dedication, he was able rise through the ranks to become the regional manager. Yasir eventually hit a ceiling and decided it was time to venture out on his own.

As a small & minority-owned business enterprise, Executive Parking, is now positioned to provide tailored services to match customer needs. Without the large corporate overhead of our competitors, Executive Parking is able to provide exceptional services at a fraction of the cost. We operate on a philosophy of honesty and transparency in operations, billing, and sub-vendor selection. Rather than placing emphasis on site acquisitions for short-term profit gain, we carefully select contracts where we are 100% confident we can succeed.
